Mental Health is defined as "a person's condition with regards to their psychological and emotional well-being." At Hermanas Unidas de Long Beach we are committed to providing on and off-campus resources to our fellow Hermanxs. We hope that our hermanas have a safe journey on improving their mental health and that they know we are always here to talk.
